Love Is In The Air for DVLA Personalised Registrations with Valentine’s Event
February 11, 2019
With Valentine’s Day upon us this week love for Sir Elton John could well be in the air during DVLA Personalised Registrations’ first live auction of 2019.
Fans of the iconic music star will be able to pay homage to the living legend with the registration ELT 8N – which has a reserve of £350 – among the 1,250 lots going under the Agency’s hammer during the three-day auction at The Casa Hotel in Chesterfield from Wednesday, February 13.
The sale also features other personalised registrations related to pop music with E111 BOW – which is clearly related to the world renowned group Elbow – and even PA11 YNE which could be favoured by the One Direction star Liam Payne!
The live sale follows the Timed Auction held over 10 days last month which saw its highest sales conversion since DVLA Personalised Registrations started running online auctions eight years ago, the record-breaking event once again reaffirming that the demand for personalised registrations is as prevalent as ever.
As ever DVLA Personalised Registrations has brought together a varied mix of personalised registrations to suit all tastes. Prime examples include 44 TWO – reserve £1,200 – which would be ideal for any football manager who practices the 4-4-2 style of play!
As with every live auction, there’s a whole host of personalised registrations related to popular names including AL66 ERT (£400), MA11 RKS (£400), GRA 444M (£250), and WR17 GHT (£400) along with a breadth of personalised registrations directly correlating to high end vehicles including MAC 650S (£350) which would sit nicely on a McLaren 650S, GHO 557T (£250) for a Rolls Royce Ghost and LAM 880W (£250) for your Lamborghini owner.
It is an offence to alter, re-arrange, or misrepresent a registration number. There is a maximium fine of £1000, and the registration number can be withdrawn without compensation.
