March Timed Auction Achieves Record Hammer Price and Conversion Rate

DVLA’s second Timed Auction of 2019 closed yesterday. 94% (2,114) of the lots went under the hammer and £1,794,300 was raised, giving an average hammer price of £849. This is the highest conversion rate at a DVLA Timed Auction and the highest hammer price achieved.

2,250 registrations were on offer over a ten day period with prices starting from £70.

The 3 highest prices were 815 MLA (£15,010), 964 RSL (£15,010) and RA11 JAN (£9,010).
