The next DVLA Online Auction will start Wednesday 23rd June until Wednesday 14th July 2010.

For lots on which there is bidding activity, the End Time will slide to allow competitive bidding to reach its natural conclusion.

Bidders submit "Maximum Bids" which are invisible to other bidders and bidding starts at the Reserve Price for each registration. The current bid price for each registration is on view at all times. If there is competitive bidding activity on a Lot, the auction system will increase bids on behalf of a registered bidder up to their Maximum Bid. If someone's Maximum Bid is outbid, the underbidder will be sent an email inviting them to increase their Maximum Bid.

When the End Time has passed, each Lot will be sold to the highest bidder for the amount of their bid.
Bids cannot be removed once they have been placed.
It is an offence to alter, re-arrange, or misrepresent a registration number. There is a maximium fine of £1000, and the registration number can be withdrawn without compensation.
