What to Do if Your Bid has been Successful
If you are successful at the Online Auction, full payment will be required, to include Buyer's Premium, VAT and the Assignment Fee.

At the end of the sale a 10% deposit will automatically be taken from your nominated debit or credit card. You will then be sent an invoice by email showing the outstanding balance. Payment of the outstanding balance must be made in full within 5 working days from the close of the auction. If full payment is not received within the 5 days, your nominated credit or debit card will automatically be charged.

The following methods of payment are accepted:
Debit Card, Credit Card, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Internet Banking, Cheque or Bank Giro Credit.
For payments made by credit card, a handling fee of 3% will be added to the total amount.

Once payment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation. A receipted invoice will be sent after we have been notified of your payment from our bank. Within 14 working days of cleared funds being received, the DVLA will send you a certificate of Entitlement (V750).

Payment by Telephone
If you would prefer to use the telephone to pay by credit or debit card, please call 0300 123 3500
(Mon – Fri  9am – 5pm) quoting your customer number or lot number.
